BUYING SEARCH
- We’d meet for a consultation which is not charged for. This would determine the details of your search ahead of agreeing a mandate.
- A non-refundable retainer fee would then secure our services following the agreement of terms.
- The search for your home would then commence.
- A fee would be payable for successfully finding your home. This would be agreed during the initial consultation.
RENTAL SEARCH
- An initial consultation, much like for a buying search.
- For a successful transaction, commission payable will be equivalent to one months rent.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Oversee and coordinate trades people for your building project. 20% of the building contract.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
A bespoke management service for your rental property or properties at a cost of 10-15% of the monthly rent.

ABOUT
Jasper Colliver has 15 years experience working in South West London for several prestigious estate agencies, both local and international. Most recently, Jasper worked as Associate Director for Savills, firstly opening the inaugural East Sheen office with Michael Randall before heading up the Wandsworth office for 4 years. Jasper spent the final 2 years working in the Barnes office where he sold a wide range of properties from small one bed flats above commercial, all the way to significant sales of luxurious houses along Queens Ride and Castelnau. Landmark prices achieved by Jasper at the high end of the market included record sales at £6.5m and one at £8.5m. With a creative beginning in art through a Graphic Design degree and formative years working in advertising and marketing, Jasper has a keen eye for property and an overwhelming desire to provide the very best service for his clients. Jasper lives with his partner, Helen in Cobham with their shared four children and two predatory cats. When he isn’t feeding the tribe, he will often be found riding his mountain bike in the Surrey Hills
